2. Defined by D4σ method at the maximum sensing distance. Detection may be influenced if there is light leakage outside
the defined region and the surroundings of the target object have a high reflectance in comparison to the target object.
Also, when detecting a workpiece that is smaller than the spot size, a correct value may not be obtained.
